Changes to Registration / Cancellation Policy

  • Changes to registration and cancellation requests must be emailed to the Secretariat.
  • Cancellations must be received by the following dates in order to be eligible for refunds:
    • 100% refund until April 19, 2024
    • 50% refund between April 20 and May 17, 2024
    • No refund after May 17, 2024
